Applications for the conference should be made electronically using the following form.

Deadline for applications is 31 January 2017.  Accepted participants for the conference will be notified on 1  February  2017.

The conference is limited to 100 participants. Please note, the conference is almost fully booked!

The final program will be available at 1 February 2017.
